AELF acquires Maleth aero

AELF Flight service , it’s parent Aircraft Engine Lease Finance , and other undisclosed partner companies have acquired a controlling interest in Maleth aero

Maleth aero is a Maltese based airline with a variety fleet of three A330s , six A340-600 , three 737-300 and one embraer ERJ-145. Maleth aero has a base in Bournemouth airport were the A340s fly cargo flights on behalf of European Cargo and one A330 is on ACMI for windrose airlines operating cargo flights from Kiev

AELF in 2019 started ACMI by putting an A330-200 into charter service with Maleth aero

AELF had also intentions of freighter conversions for aircraft types
